We are small staffed company at this time and ship out once per day Monday-Friday. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Some items are drop-shipped directly and as noted may take up to four weeks to arrive. Please also note...When you place a large order it will take more than the average shipping time. Most tops are hand printed and do take a little additional time to make special just for you. 
INTERNATIONAL
Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional charges that may apply.
Remi & Co. will not be held responsible for additional charges or delays from customs.
Please allow 2-3 weeks depending on area.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Please be patient as we order from several different companies some items become OUT OF STOCK. We will re-order as those items become available to us.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report if package was stolen.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for an IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 business days of receiving your order. No Exceptions! Returns that are received after the 15 day policy will be rejected and returned to customer with a reshipping fee. Returns must be received in original, unused condition, no make-up, deodorant, smelling of smoke, with tags attached, and original invoice included. Return shipping at your expense.
*REFUNDS: We DO NOT offer CASH refunds. No Exceptions!
*Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions!
In the event Remi & Co. made an error we will gladly make it right at our expense.
*CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE OR SALE ITEMS.
